A new helicopter Dadui communissioned with the 15th Airborne Corps, PLAAF.

According to the Chinese edition of the PLA Daily, the PLAAF commissioned a new helicopter dadui on July 3rd. While this Dahui is new (in accordance with PLA's lexicon) its core staff officers and personnel were drawn from a rapid reaction unit that participated in the 2008 earthquake relief work, provided security to the 2008 Summer Olympic and the Shanghai World Expo. It was took part in the 2009 National Day Parade flyby.

1st flight of helicopters of new helicopter group successful

The picture shows the helicopters are taking off one after another.

Seven helicopters of a newly-established helicopter group of an airborne troop unit under the Air Force of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA) conducted their first flight training that was proved to be a success in a military airfield in the north of central China’s Hubei Province on the morning of July 3, 2011.
